The genesis for BehaviorLens and the drive to lead companies toward bold innovation has its roots in the thought leadership of David Lundahl, Ph.D., and Founder of InsightsNow, Inc.

“My professional career spans nearly 25 years of passionate innovation research since my start at Frito-Lay as a researcher in their Research and Development division. During this time I had the opportunity to work with brilliant researchers, innovators and business decision makers from an academic, client-side and/or supplier-side perspective. These experiences cultivated my thoughts about the role of research in solving the problem of reducing the uncertainty of success through innovation and product development. In turn, this resulted in the formation of a new framework for innovation – BehaviorLens™, which is rooted in the science of consumer behavior, which both inspires and guides companies to success.”

BehaviorLens was developed by Lundahl and his colleagues at InsightsNow, specifically Alec Maki, Greg Stucky, Johannes Schaefer and Dave Plaehn, as well as strategic partner, Joel Rubinson, Founder of Rubinson Partners, Inc. Together, we bring to the industry a repeatable, end-to-end solution of research methods that lead companies toward bold innovation.

As creators of BehaviorLens, our mission is to expand our partnerships to include other thought leaders that are equally passionate about changing the innovation game, with the end goal to ensure success for our clients; from the very front-end to the very back-end of the innovation process.
